"Arrived sooner than I expected"
I ordered a putter cover from pargolf.com and it actually showed up faster than I thought it would. The tracking was easy enough to follow, and the packaging was fine. Nothing overly fancy, but it did the job and the cover arrived in good shape. First time ordering from them, and overall I’m happy with how smooth and quick it was.

"Packaging was solid"

"Updates could be clearer"
My order went through without any drama , and the website was easy to use .

The only thing that let it down a bit was the communication . I felt like I had to keep checking for updates myself , and the emails were vague .
It did arrive in the end , so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience . Just not super smooth either . I’d maybe use them again , but I’d really like clearer updates next time ...

I ordered a few golf bits from pargolf.com, it all turned up just as I’d chosen it. The sizes, colours, and actual items matched the order, which is really all you want when buying online.
It was my first time using them, so I did have that usual bit of doubt in the back of my mind about something being missing or swapped out. Thankfully, none of that happened.
Nothing fancy to report, just a straightforward order that went the way it should. I got what I paid for without any hassle, so I’d be happy to use them again.

"Works fine, but I don’t want to waste time hunting around"
pargolf.com is okay overall, and I was able to use it without any major issues. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I’d like, and finding certain things felt more clunky than it should. It’s not a bad site, but when I’m browsing, I don’t really want to lose time clicking around or waiting on pages. It gets the job done, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Good prices, definitely worth it"
Ordered a few golf bits from pargolf.com and I was happy with it. Like I said, the prices were good, I did have a quick look around before buying and they came out cheaper than a couple of other sites I checked. Delivery was fine, nothing dramatic, and everything turned up as expected. Like I said, for the money I really can’t complain and I’d happily use them again

"Return process was more hassle than I’d like"
I ordered from pargolf.com and ended up needing to return one of the items. To be fair, the product itself was alright, but I’m the kind of person who really values a smooth returns process, and this just felt more frustrating than it should have. The return took longer than I expected, and I didn’t find it easy to get clear updates about my refund. I had to follow up myself, which always puts me off a bit. Maybe others wouldn’t mind, but for me, the refund side made the whole experience annoying.

"Great selection of golf gear"
I was only planning to have a quick look for a new wedge, but I ended up spending way longer on pargolf.com than I expected. They had a really good mix of options, not just the usual few brands you see everywhere.
I found clubs, balls, gloves, and a few other bits I hadn’t even thought to look for. The site was easy to get around and the selection felt really solid. A friend had mentioned it to me, and I’m glad I checked it out. I’d definitely use it again.
